(Something to say goodbye to the summer, and before taking a break from uploading "dailyrazoffpics" (because a big tutorial is on the way)... )

When you're bigger (and greener :giggle: ) than the rest of your kind, and possess some magic abilities they don't have (like breathing under water for long time, for example), it's easy for you to make them a gift - bring back, at least for a day, that very feeling from the past - the days you were all cradled by the endless ocean of Polokus's dreams before creation.

*You may wonder, but the green count is in fact that lithe.
**Also, check out the Aqua-teensies close-up :)

Okay here is the critique:

The good points:
* Razoff has a sense of lovely movement that flows along with the rest of the picture: elegant, soft and smooth. Therefore posture and the like I would not change one bit.
* The choice of colours with the coral. Both red and purple were great choices as they contrast exceedingly well against Razoff's greens and yellows. Overall, the colour pallet is fine with wise choices.
*In regards to line movement and depth, the swirls across Razoff's body follow the contours of his shape well. Also the choice of making the outline colour of Razoff yellow rather than bold black assists in making him look more delicate--which couples with the swirling movement of the piece.
I could go on and on, but here are some places where I think you could improve:
* The bubbles! Without a doubt the bubbles appear to stand out the most in this list. The light reflections appear to be all over the place rather than pointing in the direction of the sun, which slightly takes out their depth. I would say this is especially so on the bubbles closest to us as the viewer.
* Second, I would say the red and purple coral at the front. The actual coral is lovely in its shape and that I would not change. However, because it is much closer to us than Razoff is, I feel as if it should not be blurry. Perhaps adding some details and making that coral clearer would help the depth of this picture. Although, in the scenario that you do not wish to change this, I admit it does help to bring a more 3D aspect to Razoff. :) But even giving it just a bit more detail--more in the closest purple coral and maybe ever so slightly less in the red--will help bring out this piece more.

Well, here is the critique you asked for. ^^' So sorry if you don't like it.

Only because of light reflections on them? Easy peasy fixable. :) I planned to redraw them anyway (they're actually a brush, completely with the teensies inside), so next note to self is to dim these reflections where needed once they're on the main picture.

(The purple one's supposed to be seaweed :) But okay, maybe I'll make it a coral later).
Agreed with making them clearer and darker - and maybe adding a couple more highlights on Razoff. So the depth isn't lost and the main focus still remains on him. :)

Glad I could help. :) You can ask me anytime. Sorry, I ran out of time to do the third one on your list. :( I will leave the note in my messages so I can do it at another point. ^^

He's like a cross between Kermit the Frog and Jar-Jar Binks. But in a GOOD way.

Indeed. :D That was a main reason why I liked almost all Glade folk - their similarity to the Muppets.
